Andrea Eveler Stanley

Overview

For more than 45 years, Andrea Eveler Stanley has guided buyers, sellers, and businesses through real estate transactions throughout South Central Pennsylvania. As a real estate attorney in Red Lion, PA and a licensed title insurance agent for First American Title Insurance Company, she brings both legal and title expertise together to help clients move from first conversation to closing with clarity and confidence.

A Red Lion, Pennsylvania native, Andrea began her career in public service, serving four years as a York County Assistant District Attorney and six years as a York County Divorce Master, before focusing her practice on real estate and title law. She built her practice alongside family members and later partnered with Claudia DeArment, Esq., prior to joining CGA as Of Counsel.

Andrea earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from Elizabethtown College. She practices in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Martindale-Hubbell named Andrea to the 2026 list of AV Preeminent Rated Attorneys. This is the highest peer review honor in the legal profession recognizing attorneys with exceptional legal ability and high ethical standards. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association and serves on the York County Real Estate Board of Viewers. From 2015 to 2023, she served on the York County Bar Foundation Board, including serving as President in 2018.

Outside the office, Andrea enjoys golf, reading by the ocean, and spending time with her three grandchildren and her husband, Mark, a retired land-use attorney.
